About Babel

AI risks apply to the whole world, and so should be understandable by the whole world. Much of the research that informs how governments, labs and the public think about advanced AI is published in English. For readers who work in other languages, following these discussions can mean relying on summaries or waiting for a translation, with less opportunity to examine the arguments in full.

We work with authors and organizations to translate English-language AI safety content, beginning with Chinese and Spanish. Our team of translators has native-level language skills and AI safety context.
