AI risks apply to the whole world, and so should be understood by the whole world. The research that shapes how governments, labs and the public think about advanced AI is written almost entirely in English. That leaves most of the people who will live with the consequences reading summaries of summaries, months late, if at all.
Babel closes that gap. We work directly with AI safety organisations to translate their published work — papers, explainers, policy briefs — into Chinese and Spanish, with more languages as we grow. Every translation is done by people who understand the field, not by a model left unattended, and each one is reviewed against the original by a second translator.
We don't host the work. Translations live on the publishing organisation's own site, under their name and their URL, so the audience that finds them finds the source too. This page simply points to them.
